"In the first half of 2025, CTT achieved a consolidated net profit attributable to CTT group equity holders of €22.1 million, €2.3 million higher than in the same period in 2024," the postal service said in a statement sent to the Portuguese Securities Market Commission (CMVM).

Between January and June, operating income reached €597.3 million, a year-on-year increase of 13.9%.

"This solid and continued growth was driven by the strong performance of Expresso e Enparendas, including the consolidation of Cacesa as of April 30, 2025, as well as the continued growth of Banco CTT and the increased placement of public debt in Financial Services," explains CTT.

Earnings before taxes, interest, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) rose 22.5% to €86.7 million.
