Designer Outlet Algarve, operated by ROS Retail Outlet Shopping and part of the Ingka Group Shopping Complex, has officially opened the doors to its new shopping area, marking a new chapter in strengthening its positioning as a premium shopping destination in the south of the Iberian Peninsula.

The expansion represents an increase of 4,000 square metere of gross leasable area (GLA) and translates into an even more diversified portfolio, with the integration of renowned national and international brands.

For now, visitors will be able to visit the new Le Creuset, Jack & Jones and Be On Time stores. New Balance will join on July 2nd, and other highly anticipated openings will follow throughout the month, including Under Armour, Elmas Phill and Barbour, as well as other brands currently under negotiation.

With this addition to its offering, Designer Outlet Algarve now has over 80 fashion and lifestyle stores, in an environment inspired by typical Algarve villages and with an open-air environment designed to provide unique experiences for residents and tourists.

Its strategic location in Loulé, next to MAR Shopping Algarve and the only IKEA store in the south of the country, makes the centre a prime stopping point for those visiting the region.

To mark the opening, Designer Outlet Algarve has prepared a special program between June 27th and 29th, combining fashion, gastronomy, music and entertainment:

• June 27th (Friday)

Special show cooking with chef Mafalda Sena, presented by Maria Costa, who will prepare a summer menu with Le Creuset products. There will also be entertainment with a DJ and saxophonist in the new square.

• June 28th (Saturday)

Show with the band ABBA Experience, which will liven up the centre with the great classics from the Swedish group. During the day, there will be a tasting of Designer Outlet Algarve's signature cocktail.

• June 29th (Sunday)

Performance by Bruno Meyners Band, to close the weekend of celebrations with music and a relaxed atmosphere.

Over the three days, visitors will also be able to enjoy special opening discounts, in addition to the usual sales season promotions, as well as activities and surprises for adults and children.
