In a statement, ANSR says it has become aware that some citizens are receiving email messages on behalf of that entity, but warns that these emails, in which it is requested to click on a ‘link’, “are false and should be ignored”.

“Their objective is to convince the recipient to provide personal information or make undue payments,” warns ANSR, warning citizens that “under no circumstances” should they carry out this operation.

ANSR reinforces that citizens “should not click on the ‘links’ contained in these emails or make any payment”, highlighting that its notifications “are always sent by physical mail”.

In case of doubt, ANSR asks that its services be contacted by telephone number 214 236 800 or by email: mail@ansr.pt
